Benefit Cosmetics makeup and skin care haul, including foundation, perfume and more

Benefit Cosmetics makeup and skin care haul, including foundation, perfume and more
Benefit Cosmetics is one of the brands that actually drew me into makeup. I first saw their products in 2010 and I was hooked by the packaging on the spot - I have been a firm fan of Porefessional from then, and have been repurchasing and hoarding it. Apart from the Hydra Smooth Lip Colors I swatched and reviewed here, I picked up some more makeup and skin care from Benefit Cosmetics from my trip in December, including repurchases. Here's what I hauled:
  1. Fake Up Concealer in Medium
  2. Gimme Brow
  3. Hello Flawless liquid foundation in I'm So Money Honey
  4. Hello Flawless compact in I'm Cute As A Bunny Honey
  5. Noelle perfume
  6. It's Potent Eye Cream
I used to be a BrowZings person when it came to filling my eyebrows until December. I've discovered Gimme Brow and It. Is. Dang. Amazing. I'll do a detailed review in another few weeks of my trial run but I can't wait to share my love for this product with you. HOW do they invent these revolutionary products?

Next up: Fake Up - the hydrating concealer. My under-eye area is super-dry now, thanks to lack of sleep and constantly staring at the computer screen. So this is a god-send. First thoughts - the coverage is a tad sheer but buildable, but the hydration is really good.

The Hello Flawless foundation and compact are repurchases of my joint-favourite liquid foundation (Bourjois 10-Hour Sleep Effect being the other) and a very, very good compact for touch-ups and for use as powder foundation (not my favourite powder foundation - Shiseido Sheer Mattifying Compact wins that round). I love the names of Hello Flawless, though - I'm So Money Honey and I'm Cute As A Bunny Honey.

It's Potent is the latest eye cream to enter my stash during my quest for a Holy Grail eye cream that hydrates, eliminates dark circles and erases fine lines. I'll take time to open it, as I have quite a few other eye creams lined up, but will definitely see if this is The One.

I am a huge fan of the Benefit Crescent Row perfumes and think they are entirely underestimated, especially Carmella, Lee Lee and Rita. I didn't like Sasha - it smelled of medicine. Noelle is the latest addition to the set and it is awesome! It is suitable for day and night - a bit more for night - and lasts well enough! Look at that gorgeous packaging.

So that's the Benefit haul. I wanted to do this via a YouTube video but am having work crunches.
