I cannot get enough of Beauty Advent Calendars this year. For one, there are so many new offerings. For another, existing players have upped their game with bigger and better boxes than before.

September is LookFantastic's birthday month, so it was only natural to expect a special box. They had promised a BareMinerals lipstick in this box, and I expected a mini from the new Gen Nude matte lippies. There are 20 nude shades of this lipstick, so you cannot really go wrong with those. I had secretly hoped for the Gen Nude Matte Lipcolours - that would have really made my month. The box, as expected, is themed and designed to mark the second anniversary of the LookFantastic's launch.
