Grape nail art with Bourjois One Second polish in Lavender Esquisse

Swatch and review of Bourjois 09 Lavande Esquisse One Second Nail Enamel
When it comes to lilacs, pastel purples and lavenders, I've already swatched China Glaze Spontaneous here, Parlez-vous O.P.I.? here and Essie St Lucia Lilac here. So I went in for Bourjois 09 Lavande Esquisse One Second Nail Enamel with "silicone gel texture", for a change. This is a light purple which looks cooler in natural light and warmer in sunlight.

I'm afraid the formula of the Bourjois 09 Lavande Esquisse One Second Nail Enamel was streaky, though the flat brush was very good. So I had to work for longer than a second per nail. I have also noticed tipwear within a day. This nail polish doesn't last half as much as your average polish. And the texture was a regular creme.

Mind you, I rate Bourjois the leader of the drugstore polish pack. But you forget that I've seen the light (O.P.I., Zoya, CG, Orly and so on).
I decided to add freehand grapes - not a dotticure - with O.P..I. Louvre Me, Louvre Me Not. I should have gone for a dotticure for more stable and comprehensible results. I hope that looks like a bunch of grapes from some angle, at least on one of the nails!

This is my entry to the purple/lilac round of the Falling Through The Rainbow nail art challenge. One last round to go the day after tomorrow, if you would like to participate!
