Memebox Lucky Box 3 unboxing, review

Memebox Lucky Box 3 unboxing, review
Well, I am dangerously addicted to beauty boxes. That much is quite clear by now. But this post will tell you that I was mental enough to order a box with six products I already have. In fairness, I didn't know there would be so many repetitions.
For those who came in late, Memebox is a Korean beauty box that ships to many countries. Please sign this petition to get them to ship to every country where they have fans.
Lucky Boxes contain a selection of products from previous Global Edition boxes and cost the same $23 plus $7.99 shipping as the regular boxes. For further details, do see my previous posts on Memebox here. I picked up Lucky box 3 after missing Global Edition box 7, because I wanted a makeup tin containing eyeliners, a lip crayon and nail art supplies.

Here is what I received in my Lucky Box 3 from Memebox.

Miguhara B.P. Cream

A B.P. cream, it turns out, far from having anything to do with hypertension, is a BB Cream + a primer. This is supposed to refine pores and keep the skin matte and silky and even out the skin tone. I have tried this a couple of times and it is one of the most powdery primers I have ever seen. Coverage is zilch, though. The shade is right for me, but it goes on almost as transparently as Benefit Porefessional. I would definitely need my regular compact powder foundation above this.

Holika Holika Skin and Good Cera Super Cream

This is supposed to be ultra-hydrating and contains ceramide, which enhances the skin's capacity to hold in "water". They have said this can be used as a body balm, and I will be putting it to use all over, as I have a few dozen face moisturisers already while I'm always running out of body lotions and butters.

Ryoe Jayang Yunmo Anti-Hairloss Hair Pack

Ah, now this is something I am looking forward to trying out. It is rich in oriental herbal extracts. You're supposed to apply it on both hair and scalp after shampooing and massage it in, leaving it on for two to three minutes before rinsing it out. I love trying out new hair packs and conditioners and keep hoping to discover a miracle product. Fingers crossed!

Dr. Jart+ V7 Eye Serum

I already got this in Lucky Box 2, but I am liking whatever I have seen of this serum so far and would probably have repurchased, so it is just as well that they sent me another one.

LJH Dr's Care Vita Propolis Ampoule

Again, repeated from the regular Memebox 4. You are supposed to mix it with your moisturiser. I only have a sample sized vial from box 4, so I can use the second vial once I run out.

Lanoa Natural Soap Sulfur

Another repeat from Memebox Global Edition 4. I liked this soap and don't mind having another one. The only issue is, I think this soap "sublimes" up? I haven't had a soap finish this quickly. That's probably the tendency to melt around the edges, though. The other thing is, I will be getting at least one more of these, because a spoiler of the Nature Box from Memebox has revealed the inclusion of this soap. Argh!

Derma:B Daily Moisture Body Lotion

This is from Memebox 5. The rate at which I am running out of body lotions, ever since I began all-over moisturising two times a day, makes me wonder if I ought to invest in a vat. I can never have too many of them.

Flower Men Energy Factory Moist Boosting Sheet Mask

Lol more PSY masks! I now have three of these masks, which first came in Memebox 8. I haven't used any sheet masks in April, I suppose because I have been too dang busy, but I now have enough of these for a proper review and to play with as a mask in costume plays later. I wonder if I can round up my niece and nephew when they come down and get them to give a Gangnam dance for everyone? Bad idea; one will insist on wearing MY heels while the other may want to dance on a truck.

HeartFace Ultra Pore Care Sleeping Pack

Again, repeated from Memebox 8. I have more of these as well - from N@ked box 3, which I bought for the Bounce Cheese Cream. I'll show you that box next week. I swapped one of these sleeping packs with Dolon of Pout Pretty for samples of Benefit Agent Anti-Shine.

Bottom Line
Quite a few repeats there, as you can see. However, I can use everything. I bought Lucky Box 2, which you can see here, and there was only one repetition. Having said that, I am not going to buy any more Lucky Boxes in future. I would rather invest in the regular boxes instead of getting repeat products, and I still don't have the eyeliner-lipcrayon-nailart tin from Box 7. For those who missed out on regular boxes, Lucky Boxes are a great choice. Do tell them Renu of My Beauty Junction sent you. It won't get me a rat's never-mind, but at least they will take notice of my petition if I'm sending people over.
