LookFantastic Beauty Box December 2017 Review, Unboxing

December 2017's LookFantastic Beauty Box is themed Beauty in Wonderland - just like their Advent Calendar for this year. But, unlike the calendar, the packaging of this box is rather plain, and not festive enough for the last box of the year.
Let's see if the contents are better.

The box comes with the usual Elle Magazine for the month, and the beauty box magazine, which doubles as product card, apart from containing recipes, round-ups, and beauty news. The inside packaging of the lid is reminiscent of the Advent Calendar - very Alice (See photograph further below).

So. Not my favourite box from them. Rather underwhelming. A nice bath bomb, and a hand cream - and then, three meh products, of which two are smaller samples. This isn't how a Christmassy beauty box should be. Maybe they've exhausted all the "goodness" in the Advent Calendar, and in the last couple of boxes we've seen this year?

I liked the packaging of that lipstick, but the shade is "corpsical", if you get my drift. Grey. And, it got squished in the lid. I'm going to give it to my aunt, who likes that kind of shade.

I hope we get a better box in January 2018 - and for the rest of the year ahead. I would like to see more makeup, and better-known brands in here. And, most importantly, no black eye pencils or vitamin supplements.
