My favourite hair accessories are the revolutionary cylindrical and flat-backed Linziclips, reviewed here. I am willing to shout this out from the rooftops. These are comfortable and sturdy and come with hidden springs, so no danger of getting my already-tangly hair caught. Best of all, I can lean back without the clip digging right into my brain. Linziclips are probably the best-kept secrets in the world of hair accessories. Traditional claw-clips have not changed in design since 1989, and I hate how the sharp-edged claws dig into my scalp and how my hair gets caught in the springs. Worse, the plastic "wings" jut out so leaning back is painful.
Linziclips are cylindrical and do not slip - this makes them ideal for workouts. They come in three sizes - Maxi, for fine hair, Midi, for medium to thick hair, and Mini for all hair types.
